• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts and serve as the primary contact for high-priority customers
• Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including Benefit Managers and HR Executives
• Utilize data insights to guide decision-making and drive client engagement and retention

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders in B2B tech
• Proven ability to manage a book of business strategically and autonomously
• Strong presentation skills and experience leading high-visibility projects
• Experience in developing account strategies to maximize customer value and drive revenue growth
• Flexible and agile in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
