A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive account success by managing a portfolio of corporate accounts to ensure adoption, growth, and renewal
• Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to customer needs for driving growth
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience, particularly in marketing tech or ad tech
• Fundamental understanding of online advertising and marketing technology
• Proficiency in modern SaaS tech stack, including Salesforce and Business Intelligence Systems
• Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation such as MSSAs and SOWs
• Experience in account management or sales roles
