Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Program Manager who must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regional communication and manage client expectations during new business implementations
• Measure and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while developing business plans
• Drive contract profitability through revenue growth and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in travel management or related business travel account management
• Experience with large market or regional client implementations
• Thorough knowledge of business travel account management and operations
• Familiarity with travel industry technology and processes
• Experience managing cross-functional work teams
