Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project initiatives and coordinate communications across teams
• Act as a consultant for client program management, identifying upsell opportunities and coordinating project estimates
• Maintain project documentation, manage client budgets and timelines, and ensure quality control throughout the project process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of direct marketing account management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Working knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
