Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating project initiatives and communications across teams
• Act as a consultant for clients, managing project scoping, pricing, and identifying upsell opportunities
• Maintain project documentation and manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of direct marketing account management experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Working knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
