Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing pricing strategies for clients
• Define project-level feasibility for client bids and maintain the company's CRM tool with delivered bids
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to enhance client relationships and drive incremental revenue through sales and effective up-selling

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a business environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in customer service is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of business processes and customer orientation
