Senior Client Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Onboarding Manager to lead client implementations and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring coordination across teams
  • Manage client implementations, meeting timelines and deliverables while exceeding client expectations
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members on the implementation process and best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum six years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in a healthcare or benefits environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or PMP Certification is a plus
  • Demonstrated implementation management skills including leadership and project management
  • Taft-Hartley Fund experience is a plus
