Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to manage accounting processes and ensure compliance with accounting rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee divisional corporate accounting processes, including cash reconciliations and intercompany transactions
• Prepare and review balance sheet schedules and supervise internal and external audits
• Manage and mentor accounting staff while participating in ERP financial system transformation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting
• CPA certification
• 15+ years of professional accounting experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience with ERP systems and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing SOX and financial audits
