Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Billing & Posting Resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations
• Provide operational oversight for the Billing Coordinator and mentor them in their responsibilities
• Implement and monitor the department budget, ensuring revenue and expenses meet or exceed budget expectations

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• 5 years of previous hospital billing experience
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations, procedure and diagnosis coding, and automated insurance billing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Surgical hospital billing experience is a plus
