Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling and clearance to patients within the department
• Confirm patient insurance eligibility and review benefits for coverage understanding
• Assist patients with account questions, payment posting, and financial assistance applications

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree required
• 4 years of financial counseling experience with a High School Diploma
• 2 years of financial counseling experience with an Associate's Degree
• No experience required with a Bachelor's Degree
• Understanding of the revenue cycle and relevant regulatory agencies
