Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements for a portfolio of clients
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed
• Lead and mentor accounting teams, ensuring high performance and effective project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing teams to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments
