Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Accounts Receivable - Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a team to meet performance SLAs and optimize operations
• Analyze data to identify trends, create action plans, and ensure timely reporting
• Collaborate with Client Management to maintain client satisfaction and address AR performance issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Claims within the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance requirements and procedures
• Advanced knowledge of the revenue cycle; ASC billing experience is preferred
