Commercial Production Manager**

As a Commercial Roofing Production Manager at Bone Dry, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver top-quality roofing solutions. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and ensure that every roofing project is executed flawlessly, and on time while representing Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Start all jobs with meeting with the business owner
  • Oversee work of all project managers
  • Pick up or order all materials for job
  • Perform quality control on all jobs
  • Approve time cards/ commission reports
  • Collect payment on all projects


Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computer data entry
  • Former experience managing staff/personnel
  • Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to face
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Customer service focus and diligent mindset
  • Previous experience working with roofing, masonry, or commercial construction
  • Willingness to work long hours during busy season
  • Ability to work two Saturdays per month March through November
  • Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
  • Ability to pass a drug screen/ background check/ DOT physical


Compensation and Benefits
  • $50 to $80K potential commensurate with experience
