Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the strategy, administration, and optimization of HR technology systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HRIS function and ensure alignment of HR systems with business needs
  • Provide oversight of PeopleSoft HCM and other HR tools, focusing on data governance and compliance
  • Develop reporting to provide insights on workforce metrics and monitor data accuracy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR systems administration with increasing responsibility
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms, preferably PeopleSoft HCM
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
