🛠️ About the Role:

As a Salesperson at Babylon Radio, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through advertising sales, sponsorship deals, and other revenue-generating opportunities. This is your chance to work with a passionate team, build strong relationships, and contribute to our mission.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and contact potential clients for advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through research and networking.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Close sales deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Account Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and address their concerns proactively.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and editorial teams to align sales strategies with our content and audience goals.
  • Provide input on promotional materials and advertising opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Set and achieve sales targets, reporting progress to the management team.
  • Analyse sales data and provide insights for improvement.

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
  • Attributes:
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about multiculturalism and community engagement.
  • Availability: Part-time or full-time availability, with flexible working hours.
