As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will be the voice of Babylon Radio across our social media channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity, develop marketing skills, and build an impressive portfolio of impactful social media campaigns.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement social media plans to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure relevance.
• Content Creation:
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels, for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the editorial, events, and marketing teams to align content with ongoing projects.
• Community Management:
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive community experience.
• Monitor and report on audience feedback and engagement metrics.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyse social media performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide regular updates on campaign success and insights for improvement.

• Education: Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Attributes:
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for visuals and messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Availability: Able to commit to a 3-6 month internship with flexible hours.
