Job Title: Project Coordinator
Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing project schedules and field resources, ensuring projects remain on track and resources are deployed effectively. This includes assigning resources to various projects, coordinating rotations and time-off requests, and managing the availability of internal and external resources. Additionally, the coordinator tracks and approves weekly time and expense reports while serving as the primary liaison between external customer support and the internal field service team.

Field Service Manager: For project and resource planning.
Team Leads: For project updates and upcoming schedules.
Field Service Team: For tracking time and expenses.
Customer Project Representative: For coordinating project requirements and updates.
1. Project and Resource Scheduling
Manage and update project schedules to reflect current timelines and milestones.
Maintain and revise resource schedules to ensure optimal deployment and availability.
Assign field resources to projects based on schedule requirements.
2. Resource Time and Expense Management
Approve time-off requests for field service resources.
Review and approve weekly time and expense reports for all resources.
3. Communication and Coordination
Share project updates and requirements with the Customer Project Representative via online platforms or email.
Coordinate with external vendors to arrange field resource support when necessary.
Work with the Field Service Manager on resource planning and schedule adjustments.
4. Documentation and Reporting
Distribute Statements of Work (SoW) to the Field Service Team.
Approve purchase requests for project materials and tools.
Confirm daily report submissions and approve weekly timesheets and expense reports.
2–5 years of experience in project management or coordination.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Excel, or similar platforms.
Knowledge in using NetSuite is a plus.
