LEASING MANAGER - Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Lewis Apartment Communities has an immediate opening for an experienced sales star for our growing lease-up community, Homecoming at The Resort, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. 
Great opportunity for a proactive and positive Sales team leader!

In your role, you will provide energetic customer service, staff management, and sales know-how among the Lewis team of Leasing professionals. You and your team will be the first step in providing the best in sales and customer service to potential residents within Lewis apartment communities. 

Responsibilities would include:

- Effective and consistent leasing/sales presentations and procedures
- Coaching, mentoring, and guiding your team of sales/leasing consultants
- Property marketing, prospect marketing, guest follow-ups, appointments, managing contact lists, etc. 

As our Leasing Manager, you will also assist in the training process of Leasing Consultants and other employees on an initial and ongoing basis.

Professionalism and personality are key to joining our expanding team of property management professionals. Previous experience in apartment/residential leasing is required. Any background in upscale retail, sales, and/or marketing environments is a big plus. 

Additional qualifications would include excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, prioritization, and a working knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Office, etc.). Weekends are required. Experience with leasing industry software such as OneSite, AMSI or Rent Roll is a big plus. 

Schedule: 9am-6pm, days off are Sunday & Monday.
