The mission of our company is to acquire MHC's across the eastern US, and improve the quality of living and safety for the residents, while increasing the asset values over time . The starting salary range is $75,000-95,000 (depending on experience), with the opportunity to grow as we expand and acquire!
The position duties will require the following:
Required Experience:
4-Year bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred), at least 3 years of experience in multifamily or manufactured housing community management, and proficiency with Appfolio (or similar) management software

Your proactive approach will help resolve resident concerns and will foster a positive living environment. You’ll also manage projects aimed at improving community infrastructure and aesthetics, ensuring you source and collaborate effectively with vendors for timely project completion. As our Regional Property Manager, you’ll keep meticulous records and assist in preparing financial reports using property management software like Appfolio. If you have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in community management, we want to hear from you!
