• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through closing, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Develop and maintain high standards for candidate screening and assessment

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in GTM/Sales full-cycle recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong track record in closing candidates in complex offer scenarios
• Demonstrated success in remote work settings with high performance standards
