Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Leave and Accommodation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve leave requests under FMLA, ADA, and Personal Medical categories
  • Lead the ADA interactive process and provide guidance throughout the leave lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for associates navigating leave and accommodation processes
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in Human Resources management or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in benefits and absence administration
  • Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and related employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation systems
  • Experience with case management and associate relations is preferred
