Key Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance team to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and contracts
• Develop strategic relationships with regulators and governmental agencies
• Monitor compliance and provide actionable insights for growth and profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in implementing business initiatives related to process, risk, and control
• 5+ years of experience in compliance solutions within the healthcare industry
• Preferred qualifications include CPA, CISA, JD, MHA, MBA, or MIS
• Must reside in Illinois for Illinois plan applicants only
