Insurance Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-house Insurance Paralegal (temp, possibly temp-to-perm).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide paralegal and administrative support to legal executives and/or attorneys managing daily legal needs
  • Assist with discovery processes and liaise with outside counsel on litigation and regulatory matters
  • Support LCR SaaS applications, perform UAT testing, and manage a central contract repository
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house within an insurance or financial services environment
  • Direct experience coordinating with outside counsel and supporting discovery processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; familiarity with contract lifecycle or legal operations systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities independently
  • Professional, collegial, and proactive approach
