Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and counsel in various areas of healthcare law.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on healthcare regulations and compliance matters
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements
• Manage litigation and oversee outside counsel

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law, preferably in Texas
• 5-8 years of relevant legal experience in healthcare law
• Experience with FDA, OSHA, and healthcare regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with privacy and cybersecurity laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
