Senior Manager, Compliance Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Public Sector Compliance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compliance program oversight and execution across the team and stakeholders
• Drive coordination, planning, and management of complex compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Oversee all day-to-day compliance activities, including continuous monitoring and architecture review

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or operations focused on the federal government, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of public sector compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC, ITAR, CJIS)
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex information and propose practical solutions
• Must meet the definition of a U.S. person as per EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15
