Draft and negotiate various technology contracts, including cloud and licensing agreements
Provide strategic legal and business advice to the sales organization and other teams
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline negotiations and develop training resources
Required Qualifications
5+ years of commercial transaction experience, preferably in technology licensing and cloud agreements
Proven record of success at a top law firm; in-house experience is a plus
Knowledge of intellectual property, data privacy, software licensing, and contract issues
Licensed in an appropriate jurisdiction
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills preferred
