Contract Negotiation Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Negotiation Sr Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract support activities, including tracking and negotiating contractual documents
• Negotiate and maintain agreements with customers, such as sales and software license agreements
• Provide legal support to various business units and act as project manager for internal contract-related projects

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of related contract negotiation experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field with 3 years of experience
• 24 months of demonstrated experience working in a global environment
• Experience using CLM tools, companywide contract repositories, and SalesForce
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage medium to high complexity agreements
• Experience providing support and advice to various departments regarding agreements and compliance
