A company is looking for a License Compliance, Audit Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for software license compliance and audits across the Americas
• Manage software license audits and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fairness in the audit process
• Identify non-compliance risks and implement best practices for IP protection and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software license compliance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing multi-country programs and teams in the Americas
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and IP laws
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
