Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel - South Division (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal services and collaborate with legal colleagues to address complex legal challenges
• Serve as the primary legal contact for hospital administrative teams and conduct research to draft legal opinions
• Review and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and guide investigations and policy development

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related legal field
• Admission to the California State Bar within one year of hire
