• Support senior legal team members on various projects and assignments
• Provide substantive support on contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Perform legal research and counsel for ongoing and new business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with risk management and compliance issues
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience with legal issues in product development and data security regulations
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 2-3+ years of post-graduate legal experience
