US Licensed Consultant Lawyer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Qualified Consultant Lawyer - NDA specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, joinder agreements, engagement letters, and non-reliance letters
• Manage the entire contract process from initial review and negotiation to document execution
• Collaborate with team members on high-volume negotiations while ensuring rapid turnaround times

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed to practice Law in the USA or Canada
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate/transactional law, either in-house or private practice
• Proven experience in negotiating investment-related NDAs independently
• Familiarity with asset managers, investment banks, or financial services firms is preferred
• Must be based in North America due to time zone considerations
