Sales Development Representative Team Lead (Asia Pacific)

Role Overview: As the APAC SDR Team Lead, you will spearhead our sales development efforts in the region, driving lead generation, and setting up key partnerships to expand Unlimit’s market presence. You’ll manage a team of SDRs, setting targets, coaching for success, and ensuring effective communication with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the APAC SDR team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Develop outbound strategies to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in SDR or similar sales roles within FinTech or payments.
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and scaling SDR teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the APAC market.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce).
