Copy.ai is a fully remote company. All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern.
Inside Account Reps report to our head of pipeline strategy and ensures the company's Account Directors have sufficient pipeline to hit their revenue targets. They are defined by their intelligence, curiosity, character, and experience, and serve as the backbone of Copy.ai's go-to-market execution.
At other companies, this role is often referred to as "SDR" or "BDR." While much of that traditional role definition applies, we expect our IARs to take on new and different challenges.
