About the Role

As a People Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to the HR Manager and People Team, ensuring efficient onboarding, maintaining HR systems, and contributing to our vibrant company culture. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Manage HR systems - e.g. HiBob and ensure data integrity.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
  • Cultural & Social Initiatives:
    • Support global social events and meetups through our Ministry of Fun squad.
    • Implement Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives in collaboration with the D&I squad.
  • Policy & Documentation:
    • Assist with updating HR policies, handbooks, and communication materials.
  • Workspace & Operational Management:
    • Manage all global office operations.
    • Coordinate office logistics, including ordering snacks, managing contracts, and handling guest passes.
    • Refine and streamline internal processes to improve HR service delivery.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Provide day-to-day assistance to the HR Manager and People Team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
    • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing contracts, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth start.
    • Draft leaver letters and process updates in HiBob and payroll systems.
    • Recover and manage company assets, coordinating shipping or returns.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a positive employee experience. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in HR administration or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with HR systems like HiBob (preferred).
