About the Role

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join the larger People and Talent Operations Team. This role would directly support market hiring and talent acquisition operations as a whole. Directly reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the position would be responsible for supporting recruiting operations across market and central teams, while leveraging newly acquired skills to handle requisition load and hire to company values, mission, and standards.

 

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative and impactful strategies to identify, source and attract high quality candidates  
  • Convey the Hopscotch mission with passion and conviction to attract and retain top talent 
  • Manage and own an assigned requisition load of both clinic level support positions and corporate departmental needs.
  • Execute full life-cycle recruitment processes to include intake and internal partnership discussions, internal and external posting, applicant sourcing, resume review, screening interviews, interview coordination, negotiations, and offers 
  • Act as a consultant to multiple hiring partners regarding recruitment, sourcing, staffing forecasting, talent planning, diversity and internal movement 
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and conduct candidate sourcing for assigned roles by leveraging multiple channels to identify and engage top talent 
  • Provide best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and assigned internal partners at all times
  • Assist in researching, planning, and participating in recruitment events including virtual, campus conference events and job fairs
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition to proactively attract talent for continuous flow of quality candidates through a variety of strategies and best practices
  • Partner with Human Resources, Credentialing, IT, and other internal stakeholders on employee onboarding to ensure effective and seamless hiring and onboarding processes
  • Continuous education on Hopscotch company history, culture, and values to demonstrate subject matter expertise during interview processes and engagement of external entities and candidates
  • Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs including quality, cost, cycle time, etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

About You 

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle Recruiter role, preferably in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting 
  • Proven proficiency in developing creative and effective sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels  
  • Proven success in developing, communicating, and presenting a compelling employer brand to attract top candidates in a market or field where need outpaces available talent 
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse (preferred) or other applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Integrity and experience handling interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues 
  • Ability to multi-task and self-manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel in and around Western North Carolina as needed
