PT Customer Service/ Administrative Assistant

Part-Time Customer Service/Administrative Assistant 

As a team member of Townsquare Media and The Value Connection this position requires excellent administrative skills, an outgoing personality, and professional but friendly demeanor with the ability to be flexible and multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones, greeting people coming into the lobby and facilitating prize distribution and various administrative duties
  • Sales order entry into Wide Orbit while working closely with the Account Executive for any sales material needed
  • Posting of daily logs for several of our radio stations
  • Working with customers of our in-house certificate program, Seize the Deal - Related to this program, you would also work one hour a day on-air with the host promoting Seize the Deal items.
  • Take orders via phone and in person
  • Filing, scanning, mailing certificates and packages as needed
  • Recording of sales for the day
  • Assist with daily and monthly reports and tie outs
  • Produce sales flyers
  • Order office/break room supplies
  • Be apart of Value Connection's on-air show as a co-host daily
  • Assist Value Connection with coordination tasks and social media presence 

Qualifications

  • Team-oriented
  • A desire to excel at customer service
  • Excellent computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good with numbers
  • Basic knowledge Microsoft Word
