CRM Trainee

Eurofins,due to strengthen its Biopharma division, in order to provide value to customers all over the world, is constantly looking for highly motivated and results-oriented people who want to become part of a solid and dynamic reality.

We are looking for a CRM Trainee to join our European Commercial & Customer Excellence Team. You will support projects related to CRM and other customer data systems, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, who is responsible for CRM in Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing Europe division.

You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period. Your principal internal contacts will be mainly sales and marketing functions in our organization, which include Medical Device and Professional Scientific Services teams.

Main daily tasks about Customer Data Management include:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, to maintain high quality in downstream applications connected with CRM.

You will have the opportunity to work with a lot of teams in Europe, supporting them as first point of contact for CRM, for three business lines (BioPharma Product Testing, Medical Device and Professional Scientific Services).

Over the 6 months period of internship, you will have the chance to see the implementation of two new systems, supporting us in this transition.

• Master's degree in business/economics or similar;
• Very good English knowledge, fundamental to work in an international environment;
• Good analytical skills, passion for analytics and customer experience analysis;
• Ability to work in a team;
