We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to manage and oversee the inventory operations at our manufacturing facility. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with various teams to meet production and supply chain needs efficiently.

Job Description

  • Operate forklift safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage inventory levels, including creating cycle counts, reconciling raw materials and finished goods, and conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Process sales orders, transfer orders, and returns efficiently, working closely with customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to improve efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
  • Process and resolve EDI issues in Oracle in a timely manner.
  • Assist in annual physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Oracle R12 and EDI (electronic data interface) structures
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be flexible on daily work schedule
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various teams and levels of the organization.

Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00
