The Tsui Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Manager - Infrastructure and MEP who is both qualified and experienced in overseeing educational facility construction projects. This exciting opportunity comes with the responsibility of managing a variety of capital improvement and deferred maintenance projects for a large educational client in the Pasadena area. The role involves working collaboratively with various divisions and departments to develop project scopes, prioritizing tasks, and identifying value engineering opportunities. You will be the key connector, working alongside operations, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are well-informed from the very start. The position requires building and presenting budgets while ensuring timely project delivery, making your expertise in budget management and scheduling essential. You’ll also support larger construction projects and assist in designing systems for buildings. Your attention to detail will be crucial in verifying construction compliance with Caltech standards. In this role, you won’t just manage; you’ll guide interdisciplinary coordination, oversee the documentation prep for bidding processes, and maintain the QA/QC processes alongside contractors and engineers. You will manage projects employing various delivery methods and provide insightful progress and financial reports.
