Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns.
• Assist customers with account management, product information, transaction clarification, and other financial services.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively, ensuring all queries and outcomes are recorded in our systems.
• Collaborate with financial service teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about financial products, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, resolution times, and service quality.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in financial services or banking, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric service.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
