Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the banking sector.
• Address inquiries regarding banking products, services, and account management challenges.
• Resolve customer complaints and offer effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist customers in navigating online banking tools and services.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with different departments to optimize the customer service experience.

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
