We are currently seeking a Polish Speaking Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity within Greece. In this essential role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding support and facilitating an exceptional customer experience for our Polish-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, providing support and guidance through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Coordinate customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Document all interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance the customer journey.
  • Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide relevant information and recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and foster a collaborative remote work environment.
  • Assist in driving customer engagement initiatives and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, customer experience, or coordination roles is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote working tools.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer experiences.
