Texas Licensed Mortgage Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Coordinator to support the retail mortgage sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage phone and chat queues, and coordinate schedules for loan officers
• Organize logistics for events and trainings, and serve as a liaison with the Marketing department
• Assist Mortgage Loan Officers with loan-related tasks and ensure timely file submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, sales, or customer service required
• Knowledge of Texas Home Equity Loan processes is preferred
• Must be bondable by a credit union and registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Encompass, and Salesforce preferred
