A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager (Charlotte/Piedmont Triad).

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend agencies for profit-sharing and sales initiatives
• Solicit and appoint new agencies while evaluating their potential for quality business
• Exceed new business production and profit objectives by managing assigned agents effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Candidates must reside in the Charlotte, NC or Piedmont Triad areas
• Experience in managing agency relationships
• Ability to mentor and train new hires
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
