Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Employer Sales (West).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business by selling digital health solutions to large national employers and employer benefits consultants
• Lead end-to-end commercial sales opportunities from sourcing to closing deals
• Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with market partners such as health plans and PBMs

Required Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the digital health or employer benefits space
• Established relationships with key decision makers in employer benefits or healthcare consulting
• Deep understanding of employer benefits ecosystems and decision-making processes
• Ability to establish and refine launch strategies for employer adoption
• Strong leadership abilities and entrepreneurial spirit
