Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary recruiter to identify and recruit qualified youth volunteers for their Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a minimum of 10 qualified youth candidates by mid-September 2025
• Research and identify job boards and recruiting tools to engage potential volunteers
• Screen resumes, manage volunteer inquiries, and assist in scheduling interviews with the Nominating Committee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in sourcing candidates and project management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
