Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support intern hiring in North America, focusing on Quebec.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and hire global interns through assigned requisitions
• Facilitate the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers to enhance the hiring experience

Required Qualifications

• Passion for early career programs and understanding of the college tech talent market in Quebec
• Experience recruiting tech talent in Central Canada and/or the U.S
• Familiarity with Canadian co-op programs and post-secondary academic cycles
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting and manage stakeholders under tight deadlines
