Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and iterate compensation bands based on market shifts and internal data
• Partner with Recruiting to create competitive and equitable offers
• Lead compensation benchmarking and conduct in-depth modeling and analysis

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech environment
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, including base, bonus, and equity
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for compensation planning
• Familiarity with engineering talent market trends and AI compensation
• Experience in creating and maintaining scalable compensation frameworks
