Tax Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Tax Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with State, IRS, and partner organizations, coordinating transactions and ensuring reporting requirements are met
• Create and update daily reconciliations for multiple financial products and programs, including significant transaction volumes
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external teams and maintain compliance with government and company standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional roles
• Experience in financial transaction processing and reconciliation
