Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to support its corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve travel authorizations and process vendor invoices, travel vouchers, and employee reimbursements
• Enter accounts payable data into the automated module and suggest process improvements
• Maintain control of accounting files and conduct periodic document reviews for proper filing

Required Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred; significant equivalent experience may be considered
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a business environment, with at least 3 years in Accounts Payable
• Strong computer skills and experience with DELTEK Costpoint required
• Knowledge of government contracting accounting and familiarity with FAR & JTR regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality in all business matters
